Our Yin Yoga training consists of three levels, each designed to be taken independently for deepening your practice. However, for an optimal experience, we recommend completing all three levels sequentially. This teacher training is Yoga Alliance certified and contributes towards earning your 300-hour diploma.

YIN WITHIN YOURSELF (level 1)

This 25-hour module, "The Art of Teaching Yin," builds on the foundational principles of the 50-hour Yin Yoga Training and focuses on the essential skills needed to guide others effectively.
In this training, you will learn to read and understand Yin in others, enhancing your ability to support students in their practice. Discover how to create meaningful lessons that resonate with diverse bodies and needs, ensuring everyone can participate fully in your classes.
We will explore techniques for reading bodies and making thoughtful adjustments, empowering you to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment.

ADVANCED TEACHINGS (level 3)
Ready to take your Yin Yoga practice and teaching to the next level? In this final module, "Advanced Teachings," we think outside the box and explore innovative approaches that expand your toolkit as a Yin instructor.
Building on your existing skills, we will dive into myofascial release techniques and introduce movement into your Yin classes. You’ll learn to incorporate practices like tapping, massaging and shaking to enhance the experience for your students. We'll also focus on holding space for a group, deepening your understanding of anatomy and the body’s nuances.
This module encourages creativity and experimentation, allowing you to develop unique, engaging classes that resonate with your students on multiple levels.

Do I need a 200-hour certificate before I can participate in this 100-hour training?
No, this is not necessary. You can join this training without a 200-hour certificate. The only requirement is a regular yin yoga practice.
Can I participate independently of the 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training?
Yes, you can participate as a standalone program. This 100-hour training is part of the 300-hour program, so these hours count towards your 300-hour certification if you choose to pursue it.
Can I teach after completing this training?
Absolutely! Upon completion of this training, you will be equipped to conduct safe, creative, and well-founded yin yoga classes.
Oops, I can't attend all the modules. Can I still participate without completing all modules?
Certainly! While we recommend taking all three modules, it's not mandatory. Mix and match as you see fit!
