Discover the power of rest

A rich introduction to restorative yoga, inspired by the teachings of Judith Hanson Lasater and approached through a trauma-sensitive lens — not only what restorative yoga is, but how to offer it in a way that feels safe, supportive and attuned to the nervous system.

“Simply lying down with support changes everything. When we stop doing and allow being, the nervous system remembers how to heal.” — Judith Hanson Lasater

    Saskia Haudenhuyse

She has been teaching and training teachers for more than 25 years; with her background in education, somatic practices and her work at the Antwerp hospital school, teaching people how to teach is second nature to her.
