Ways to move

A diverse range of styles — find out which one suits you best and pop in for a class. When the schedule marks a class all levels, everyone is welcome, beginners included; intermediate classes are not built for beginners.

01Accessible & breath-oriented

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means "placing in a special way" and some teachers also refer to it as linking breath with movement. Expect this class to go through the basics of a physical yoga practice with sun salutations and several variations of both standing and seated postures, so everyone — no matter their level — can follow along.

02Dynamic & creative

Creative Vinyasa Yoga

This is a class that redefines physical yoga movement in a new, fresh way. Open to beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. You do not need to be very experienced to try out this class — as long as you arrive with an open mind and willingness to explore you will be more than fine. This class is another great reminder that it's not about how the postures look but how we feel whilst doing them.

03Energizing & challenging

Kundalini Yoga

This is a class that introduces the dynamic and energizing practice of Kundalini yoga. Combining movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation, it offers a unique and powerful experience. Open to beginners as well as more advanced practitioners, no prior experience is needed — just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. This class invites you to connect more deeply with your energy and inner awareness. It's not about how the movements look, but about what you feel and experience from within.

04Grounding & deep

Yin Yoga

Yin postures create a gentle traction of the connective tissues that form our joints and are mostly practised while staying close to the ground, sitting or lying down, using the occasional prop. Holding postures for between 3 and 7 minutes on average. Designed to address the tissues discussed in the Modern Meridian Theory, stating that the meridians of acupuncture theory are currents flowing through the connective tissues of the body.

05Refreshing & opening

Sunrise Flow

This is a gentle yet energizing Sunrise Flow designed to awaken the body and mind. Through flowing sequences and sun salutations, we gradually open the body and build warmth. Open to all levels, this class focuses on creating space, moving with the breath, and setting a clear intention for the day ahead. You don't need much experience — just a willingness to arrive, move, and ease into your morning. It's not about how the practice looks, but how it helps you feel: refreshed, grounded, and ready for the day.

06Centering & inward

Yin, Meditation & Breathwork

Yin, meditation & breathwork is a combination of grounding yin poses (passive poses where we stay for a few minutes to open up our bodies) and breathing exercises. Various breathing techniques will guide us inward, leading us to explore the power of meditation at the end of the session.

07Refine & align
