ADM The team
The people who take your class
A talented and diverse team of quality instructors, each with their own values, background and way of teaching.

Laurenz Verkruysse
Yoga & Pilates teacher · studio owner
Laurenz has been teaching yoga for many years. Growing up with dance and movement, he became a yoga teacher at a young age. Today he is a wellbeing entrepreneur and the owner of Atelier Du Mon, AYU — an Ayurvedic-inspired conscious coffee bar — and ADM Care, a group practice for verbal and body-oriented therapy. Besides spending many hours on the mat, Laurenz organises teacher trainings, retreats and immersions both locally and internationally. His classes are creative, poetic in movement, and balanced with a healthy dose of clarity, humour and groundedness. Inspired by his background in psychology, his teaching style helps students explore the deeper layers of their practice. As he often says: people may not remember your flow, but they will remember how you made them feel.

Tiemen Bormans
Pilates teacher
Tiemen is a passionate Pilates teacher whose movement background began in ballet. He started dancing at the age of 10 and spent eight years performing with Opera Ballet Vlaanderen. From an early stage in his training, Pilates played an essential role in building the control, stability and strength needed for a resilient body. Today Tiemen teaches Pilates and Pilates-inspired workouts that focus on strength, precision and body awareness. His classes emphasise controlled movement and strong foundations, helping students build both physical strength and a deeper connection with their bodies.

Tine Sneyers
Yoga teacher
Tine is our wonderful yin yoga teacher. Her goal is to make people shine, from the inside out and out. Tine enjoys guiding people in their quest for personal growth. She uses principles from Eastern medicine to show the connections between our thoughts and emotions on the one hand and our physical sensations and complaints on the other. In this way she reconnects you with yourself and you learn to speak the language of your body again.

Cian Hughes
Pilates teacher
Cian is an internationally recognised Pilates instructor and teacher trainer. Originally from Ireland, he has relocated to Belgium from London. His movement journey began at the Central School of Ballet in London, where Pilates supported his dance training. Following graduation he performed worldwide in renowned ballet and musical theatre productions. Alongside his performance career he deepened his practice in Pilates, qualifying as a Mat, Reformer and Barre instructor. His classes are rooted in classical foundations, are technically precise, intentional and fun.

Wesley Bassett
Yoga teacher
Wesley brings over 22 years of teaching experience, grounded in extensive and ongoing training with Tias Little of Prajna Yoga. Her approach emphasises precise alignment while also exploring the subtle body through somatic intelligence, and she teaches vinyasa and yin yoga. Wesley encourages her students to explore new ways of understanding themselves, guiding them to transform these insights into a deeper sense of confidence and wellbeing. Her mission is to guide students back to a deeper attunement with their own bodies — because everything begins there.

Nele Van Poucke
Yoga teacher · lead teacher, 200H & 300H teacher training
Nele has the unique talent to sense perfectly what her students need. One day she takes you on a quiet and meditative flow, the next day she challenges you to playfully explore your limits and respect them. Her style is Prana Vinyasa: Nele learned the tricks of the trade from none other than Shiva Rea, whom she has regularly assisted since 2010 in India, Mexico, Santorini, LA and London.

Saskia Haudenhuyse
Yoga teacher
Saskia embodies yin yoga. With her soothing voice and deep knowledge of the body, she gently guides you toward complete relaxation. One day she invites you to sink deeper into a pose and embrace surrender; the next, she helps you release subtle tensions through mindful movement and breath. Her classes feel like a warm embrace, allowing you to slow down and soften. When she's not on the mat, you can find her in her practice as a TRE therapist, helping people release tension and stress.

Paola Rivas
Pilates teacher
Paola has been dancing since the age of three, with movement always at the heart of her life. Originally from El Salvador, she moved to Belgium in 2019, where she decided to settle and continue her path as a movement teacher. She is a mat Pilates instructor, as well as a dance and spinning instructor, bringing rhythm, control and strength to her classes. Paola teaches thoughtful and empowering mat Pilates sessions where the intention is to help students feel confident and at home in their bodies. She values presence over performance.

Through her teaching and healing, Kelly supports the unfolding of consciousness and helps others reconnect with their inner gold.

Sofie Van Peteghem
Yoga teacher
Sofie is a vinyasa yoga teacher who enjoys guiding students through challenging yet accessible flows. Her classes offer a welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive to them, while slowing down and sinking into the body. Her favourite moment in teaching is seeing students resting in savasana — calm, grounded and fulfilled after moving through a strong practice together. Sofie hopes her classes help people feel a little more at home in their bodies and a little less in their heads.
